You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of VideoParser complies with applicable copyright law, the terms of service of the platforms you access, and all other applicable regulations. VideoParser provides a technical tool — it is not responsible for how you use it.
The free plan allows 3 downloads per day. Circumventing this limit by creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
We aim for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates or modify features at any time. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will work with every website or video platform, as platforms may change their technical implementations at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoParser's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; failing that, through competent courts.
